Interior designer Beckett Camdon is decidedly not full of Christmas cheer. His idea of a perfect holiday is sitting by his sleek, gas fireplace with a brandy, a good book, and his cat. But when his boss asks him to pair up with Gemma, the resident ray of light and lover of all things Christmas, he has his work cut out for him.

Gemma Woodard is a project manager for flipping houses, and she’s damn good at it. Not that any of the men she works with notice. Her abilities are overshadowed by the fact that she’s a woman—and a single mom to two-year-old Nova. She won’t let that get her down, though. She’s determined to take on this flip, even if it means she has to do it with grouchy Beckett Camdon.

As they work together more and more, an undeniable attraction grows. And when they find themselves snowed in at the house they’re supposed to be flipping, that spark gets harder to ignore.
