Shipping

How long will it take to ship my order?
Books and swag packs will ship between 1-3 business days after the order is received. If there is a delay for any reason, I will communicate that with you within that timeframe.

Merchandise is shipped through a third-party company and you will receive a notification when your order is processed and on its way!

When will I get my pre-ordered books and swag?
If you pre-ordered a book, you will receive your item as soon as possible, usually within a week before or after the book’s release date.

How long will it take to receive my item?
Books are shipped using USPS Media Mail, and will arrive within 3-7 business days after they are shipped. You should receive a tracking number with your notification email when the item is shipped.

Merchandise shipping times can vary. Usually, items arrive within 3-5 business days after they are shipped. You should receive a tracking number with your notification email when the item is shipped.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free!

Where do you ship to?
At this time, I can only ship books and merchandise to the United States. If you want to purchase swag packs or bookplates, I can ship those anywhere in the world.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return signed books or swag?
Due to the personalized nature of signed books, I cannot offer returns or exchanges on books or swag.

While I do everything I can to ensure books arrive in excellent condition, sometimes accidents happen. If your book is damaged in shipping, I am happy to exchange it for a new one. Just reply to your order email with a picture of the damaged item within two weeks (14 days) of receipt of the damaged item, and I’ll do what I can to make it right.

Can I return merchandise?
I cannot accept returns on merchandise that is a result of buyer remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or the print quality is not what you expect, I can offer an exchange. Please respond to your order email with photos of the items, and I’ll process the return for you.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return or exchange, please respond to your order confirmation email with photos of damaged items attached. I’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label for you to use to return your items.
